Announcing PeerNetBC’s
Women’s Empowerment, Learning and Leadership
(WELL) Program!
PeerNetBC is looking for women of all ages and from all walks of life who are interested in gaining facilitation skills to join our WELL program. The program includes extensive training in facilitation skills and opportunities to learn through direct practice by co-facilitating workshops with PeerNetBC facilitators around the province.
The initial training sessions are scheduled for:
- Monday, May 25th & Tuesday, May 26th from 5:30 to 8:30 PM
- Saturday, May 30th from 9:30 to 4:00
- Monday, June 1st & Tuesday, June 2nd from 5:30 to 8:30 PM
- Saturday, June6th from 9:30 to 4:00
Following this training, participants will meet once a month to discuss ongoing learning opportunities and to prepare for co-facilitating workshops. Participants are asked to make a commitment to remain in the WELL program for one year.
