I love the Ideawave conferences. No matter what the topic, the timeline is ten minutes, so it’s ideal for Short Attention Span Theatre chicks like mineself, whether we’re presenting or just watching. In the last two instances, I have been presenting, so here is me from 2011 presenting on Social Media Lessons from the Homeless. Enjoy?

April, like I said on Facebook, what I teach bounces off a lot of skulls. You took it and made it into something much greater. There’s a reason you’ve been on the BBC and Swiss television when I haven’t. You are a true phenomenon.

I enjoyed that very much. I could certainly relate to much of what you were saying about undiagnosed illness at the beginning of your presentation.
Hope to see more like this.
Well done and thanks. :-)

I would love to buy you coffee so you can tell me more about it. As a person working with the homeless I would love to pitch this at work as a way to empower the community. I love Henry Doyle’s blog – what great poetry.

I’m always happy to talk about what I do, coffee or no coffee. There will be more videos like this, some filmed by April and her team, in the future.
