Horizion Zero
The Banff New Media Institute launches a new issue of HorizonZero as part of CODE: the Cultural Olympiad’s digital edition
Join us online on Thursday, February 4, for the launch of HorizonZero — Issue 19: BRIDGE. The launch of this issue will coincide with the launch of CODE Live, an 18 day event with interactive art and cutting-edge music at the Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad. Featuring work by Stephen Kovats, Louise Poissant, Zainub Verjee, and Caroline Langill, Issue 19: BRIDGE is a space for you to explore and interact with the idea of bridging.

HorizonZero is an interactive web production that released 18 issues between 2002 and 2004. The production started as a creative collaboration between the Banff New Media Institute (BNMI) at The Banff Centre and the Culture.ca gateway.

This issue of HorizonZero has come together with the generous support of CODE: the Cultural Olympiad’s digital edition. CODE stakes out a space in the digital realm where audiences and artists can connect, create, and collaborate.
