Practical tips and tools for increasing your readership and influence, and applies to any blogging platform. It includes a very basic intro to social media like Facebook, Twitter and Myspace for promotion. We’ll cover which widgets to use on the blog for maximum readership, how to link judiciously for both SEO and prominence in the blogosphere, and how the social feedback loop applies to blog popularity.
This course is for those who already have a blog, but would like to increase their readership.
This course is repeated every four weeks; the next one is Saturday, May 9th. The workshop takes place in the Computer Lab at Tradeworks Training Society at 87 East Pender Street in Vancouver’s Chinatown.
This is a $150 course, also from 10-2. There are only eight places in each session there are currently six places left in this workshop. Tuition includes lunch: please let us know at the time of registration if you are vegan or vegetarian.
