Best advice I ever heard was in the movie Dead Again, of all places. Robin Williams&#039; character is discussing smoking with Kenneth Branagh&#039;s, and he says &quot;either you&#039;re a smoker or you&#039;re a non-smoker. &lt;strong&gt;Find out what you are and &lt;em&gt;be that&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;.&quot;]]></description>
